In Dwoo_Compiler::mapParams() set a flag like ['*requireDwoo'] and if that's set add dwoo to custom plugins (or even normal ones, so the "Dwoo $dwoo" param is optional and/or can be put anywhere you want, same thing for Dwoo_Compiler
